Prof. Vincent English, FRSA, FInstLM.

Vincent is a Professor of International Business and Strategic Management at the Uninettuno University of Rome Italy and is also a visiting Professor at two other business schools in ‘Naples and Geneva’. Vincent holds a PhD in business strategy and numerous other degrees in Law, Education, Physics and Data Analytics from University of Cambridge, Kings College London, Aberdeen, and Dublin.

... Vincent is also attached to the University of Cambridge as a researcher into adult online learning and is a member of the prestigious ‘CEDiR Group’. Vincent currently serves on an influential European Commission ‘ThinkTank for STEM’ learning across Europe. He has also successfully served on several prominent EU large scale projects charged with increasing inclusion in science education at secondary schools.

Vincent is also currently CEO of Vernier Europe, a subsidiary of Vernier Software and Technology, the world’s largest manufacturer of digital data collection technologies for schools. He is a sponsor of the ‘Young Scientist of Tanzania’ competition and was a regular judge at the annual event for several years. He is also an active contributor to the European Commission’s classroom of the future ‘FutureLab’.

Vincent was elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2016 and was voted the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2020 in Longford, Ireland.

Prof. Atanga D. Funwie (PhD)

Professor Atanga D. Funwie hails from the Northwest Region of Cameroon, and he is the President of Kesmonds International University and a researcher with over 100 academic publications in medicine, education, and social sciences at Kesmonds International University Cameroon and the University of California FCE USA as a foreign affairs consultant. He is also the director of graduate studies and international affairs at Green Hope

... University and Nile University in Somalia. Professor Atanga is the Chief Editor of IQ Research Journal, a journal promoting publishing and academic excellence in Africa. Professor Atanga is the Board Chairperson for the African Professional Certification Institute, which is aimed at certifying skilled base education and bridging the gap between theory and practice in higher education. Professor Atanga is the Board Vice President of the African University Directory Accreditation Board in Kenya, a nongovernmental organization aimed at creating educational collaboration, research, and professional training while reviewing the credibility of private institutions.

Professor Atanga holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Research Psychology from the University of California, a Doctor of Education Degree from Green Hope University, a Doctorate Degree in Humanitarian and Social Studies from All Nations Institute South Africa, and many other numerous degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Dr. Anthony Basiel

Dr Anthony 'Skip' Basiel has over a decade of experience with remote and hybrid working as a Senior Programme Leader with the Centre of Excellence in Work Based Learning. His Doctorate is in Learning Technology Design and he has consulted a wide range of organisations on blended learning/training solutions from Unilever to the Natural History Museum, London.

Mr. Nabeel Zaidi, LLM, LLB (Hons).

Nabeel is a leading expert in higher education ‘Quality Assurance and Regulation’ for two decades. He holds a degree in LLB (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London, and LLM from University College London (UCL), and a Barrister (Competent), from City, University of London. He holds MBA in Education Management from the University of Leicester and a Certificate in Education from IOE - University College London. Dr Pius is an experienced senior academic, who works as visiting Associate Professor at the UK and European universities. He teaches and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students in several universities across UK, Ireland, Italy, and Germany.


He is experienced in curriculum design and development, quality assurance systems and processes, including planning, policies, procedures, and practices for alternative higher education providers. Leading in awarding organisation accreditation and approval process for a college (e.g., ATHE and EAHEA).     Dr. Husam is a senior academic with extensive expertise, who has held leading positions in quality assurance, strategic consulting, supervision, research, and leadership in higher education and corporate settings. His higher education is concentrated on business management, strategy and policy development, internationalisation, and higher education management at the undergraduate and graduate levels.


    At the undergraduate and graduate levels, he actively contributes to the development of numerous higher education programmes and industry-based courses delivered by universities, colleges and, and schools. He has a strong background in academic leadership and management in UK and EU higher education institutions.     Mrs. M. Dariescu, SFHEA.

    Mihaela is the Deputy Provost is responsible for enhanced students’ learning experience through programme quality, regulatory compliance, and relationship with awarding bodies. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations within TAAS. She has extensive experience of working across all fields of education provision including universities, colleges, and private institutions. She has experience in curriculum design and delivery, teacher training, and academic development for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

    Prof. E. E. Ekanem

    Etefia E. Ekanem holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree (LLB), with Second Class Upper Division (1998), and a Master of Laws (LLM) (2008) of the University of Uyo. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Degree in Commercial and Property Law (Consumer Protection Law) of the University of Nigeria (2013). Dr Ekanem attended the Nigerian Law School Abuja in 1999/2000 and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2000.


    He is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator (ChMC) and a Marshal of Exam Ethics International. Etefia is a government Scholar (State and Local Government), and ETF (now PTDF), and has earned several awards and commendations; between 2021 and 2022, he earned the commendation and appreciation of the Vice-Chancellor of University of Uyo for effective, efficient, and dedicated service to the University.

    Dr Ekanem is a Professor of Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Uyo. He has been a Visiting Scholar to Crescent University Abeokuta, National Open University of Nigeria, and Akwa Ibom State University, Ikot Akpaden. He has taught for about two decades, and he teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate Law courses, including Commercial Law, Law of Commercial Transactions and Consumer Protection, Law of Labour Relations, Maritime Law, and Family Law. He is also a co-facilitator of Global Conversations between University of Uyo, Nigeria and DePaul University, Chicago, USA.

    Professor Ekanem is widely published and has attended, presented papers and been the lead speaker at several conferences and fora. Professor Ekanem, commonly known as the Doyen of Consumer Protection Law in University of Uyo, has about forty widely researched works published in reputable local and foreign outlets, one of which is his book, Law of Consumer Protection and Hospitality Services in Nigeria. Etefia Ekanem is on the editorial boards of a number of Journals. He has supervised many students both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, having also served as the Postgraduate Coordinator of the Faculty of Law, University of Uyo from 2014 to 2018, and the Vice-Dean of Students of University of Uyo between 2017 and 2020. From 2020 till date, Professor Ekanem serves as the Dean of Students of University of Uyo. He is an Internal Examiner in the Department of Philosophy, University of Uyo, and a Vetter in the Postgraduate School. He is also the President, Consumer Rights and Products Safety Awareness Initiative.

    Dr. C. Maher

    Dr Chi Maher is an Associate Professor at the University of Greenwich, Business School London. Dr Maher has held several leadership positions for over 25 years higher education and public sector in the USA, Republic of Ireland and the UK. She has been responsible for ensuring academic quality and improvements in teaching, learning and knowledge exchange networks in the UK and Europe. Dr Maher was appointed as an Executive Director of the NHS for 10 years and a winner of the West Focus Enterprising Business Award; an industry award for outstanding enterprise development in industry.


    Dr. Maher has established a portfolio of over 25 research outputs in national and international scientific journals, in the field of Education, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Career Management and Social Enterprise Management.

    Assoc. Prof. I. Guenane, SFHEA.

    Associate Prof. Guenane is responsible to take the chair at general meetings and at board meetings. He is also responsible to ensure that the board is effective in its tasks of setting and implementing TAAS’s direction and strategy. He is a visiting Associate Professor at the Institute of Customer Management (ICU London University), and a Director of Learning and Teaching for University of Westminster, United Kingdom. Assoc. Prof. An expert in international marketing, fashion marketing, and international business management. He has been training staff of multinational corporations in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.


    Among other programmes, Assoc. Prof. Guenane has designed training programmes for marketing and management which include, fashion marketing strategy, branding, consumer behaviour in the fashion industry, customer retention and loyalty. Assoc. Prof. Guenane, uses state of the art training techniques, which include business simulations, case study discussions, etc. He also has taught at both the undergraduate as well as the postgraduate levels (MBA, MSc, and MA) in several universities across London, UK and Berlin, Germany.     Dr. N. Koutrou, FHEA.

    Dr. N. Koutrou is part of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Event Management Journal. She holds a PhD in Sport Policy from Loughborough University funded by the Hellenic State Scholarships Foundation and the Alexander Onassis Public Benefit Foundation, qualified teacher.


    Currently, she teaches postgraduate tourism and hospitality programmes. She is engaged in various research and knowledge exchange activities aimed at bridging the gap between academia and the wider society. Most recently, he has served as Project and Research Manager at PlayGreen, an Erasmus+ Sport-funded and EUFA endorsed pan European collaborative project on behalf of the European Sports NGO which aims to enhance the environmental sustainability of sport by developing volunteer capacities.

    Dr. Koutrou's work on volunteer legacies has also been featured in Geographical, the Royal Geographical Society Journal, and I have acted as the Workshop Facilitator and Coordinator at the European Sports Platform, European Youth Sport Forum and International Olympic Academy among others.

    Research interest:
    The research focuses on events management and Olympic studies, alongside mega-sport event volunteering, participation legacies, volunteer management, sports programme evaluation and sustainability, supervising PhD projects in these areas.

    Dr Yahaya Alhassan, SFHEA

    Dr. Y. Alhassan, is a Principal Lecturer in Finance and Strategic Management/Assistant Head of Academic Operations at the University of Sunderland in London. He is responsible for making sure the programme development activities, teaching, learning and academic programmes are fit for purpose and consistent with all University regulations and national subject benchmarks.


    Dr Yahaya has over 20 years' teaching and management experience developed during roles in the higher education sector and the consultancy industry. Main research interests are around development finance, microfinance, entrepreneurial finance, ethnic minority entrepreneurship and microbusiness development. Current research interests focus on diaspora bonds and financial technology, working on projects about diaspora finance in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.

    Assoc. Prof. C. Manian, FHEA.

    Assoc. Prof. Manian is an international academic, keynote speaker, interdisciplinary research scholar and specialist in Global Strategy, Ethical Governance, Creative Education and Human-centric Management. Former trader and market analyst – he was the one of the first to predict the financial collapse of 2008. He holds the Chair at several international committees and think tanks on Technology, Global Policy, and Educational Reform. Chad has founded and led several leading initiatives bringing together cutting-edge thinkers, Nobel laureates and industry leaders. He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, Society of Technical Analysts, British Academy of Management, and currently Chief Academic Officer of Cyber-schooling Europe.

    Associate Editor and Honorary Member of the Scientific Committee Honorary Bentil is an Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) in International Business at the School of Strategy and Leadership within Coventry University. He loves empowering students and industry leaders with his knowledge and expertise in international business, marketing, and business management. He has extensive experience in industry and academia. He has taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across several higher education institutions in the UK and abroad.


    His areas of interest and expertise are international SME marketing, international business management and marketing, entrepreneurship, business development and international business strategy. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration specialising in Management and Marketing and PGCert in Higher Education Practice. His PhD research was on the exploration of acculturation patterns of migrant SME owners and managers from African and Caribbean origins in the UK. In addition to this, he is currently involved in research on international entrepreneurship with a focus on the current Sub-Saharan African diaspora movement.

    His areas of interest and expertise are international SME marketing, international business management and marketing, entrepreneurship, business development and international business strategy. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration specialising in Management and Marketing and PGCert in Higher Education Practice. His PhD research was on the exploration of acculturation patterns of migrant SME owners and managers from African and Caribbean origins in the UK. In addition to this, he is currently involved in research on international entrepreneurship with a focus on the current Sub-Saharan African diaspora movement.

He has also consulted for a range of governmental research projects and small and mediumsized businesses within the UK and overseas in areas of venture capital acquisition, management, and international business strategy development.     DR. A. Habib,
    Dr. A. Habib, FHEA, CIPD.

    Experienced Business and Management training consultant with a strong & extensive higher education teaching and training experience in corporate sector. As a corporate trainer, I worked for world renowned private and government organisations like British Petroleum, Statoil, Shell Nigeria, and British council. My area of speciality is Human Resource Development, Leadership and Cross-cultural studies.


    As a senior lecturer, he teaches and supervising in Germany and UK on various Global MBA and BA courses. Previously, he has taught range of courses on level 4 to level 7 for Edexcel, University of Gloucestershire, University of West London, University of East London and Bath Spa University.

    His PhD research was on the impact of learning culture on the effectiveness of pedagogical tools: A multiple case study of management schools across four different continents. In addition to this, he is currently involved in sponsoring research on the effectiveness of pedagogical tools with a focus on the South Asian Universities. He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy (FHEA).

    Fracis Achi
    Dr. F. Achi, FHEA, MCIM.

    Dr. Francis is a Senior Lecturer in Business Management at York St John University, London Campus. He previously taught Marketing at Edinburgh Napier University Business School, UK and was a Lecturer in Department of Business Administration and Marketing at Delta State University, Nigeria. Francis received his PhD in Marketing & International Business from Edinburgh Napier University. He was awarded external funding for his PhD research on Foreign Direct Investment in Emerging African Market.


    His research interests fall within the areas of FDI in Emerging African Markets, Market Entry Strategies, Branding, CSR, SMEs in Emerging Markets and Services Marketing. He has (co-)authored several book chapter publications and journal articles. His research has been presented at international conferences, seminars and doctoral colloquia including those organised by the British Academy of Management (BAM), Academy of International Business (AIB) and Edinburgh Napier Business School Annual Conferences.

    An award-winning educator and researcher, Francis has experience of course leadership roles in the UK and overseas. He currently serves as the Semester/Course Lead in the MBA programme at York St John University London Campus. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and holds membership in the British Academy of Management (BAM), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

    Dr. J. Etuk (PhD)

    Dr. Jackson specialises in stylistics, cultural semiotics, language, discourse and ideology. In his several publications, he has examined how ideologies, as a social practice, are embedded in the language of texts. Recently, he has paid attention to signification and cultural projection in the Akwa Ibom film industry which he has nicknamed ‘Akwawood’. In 2006, Jackson Etuk’s answers to Caribbean Literature examination questions were adopted as a model and published in: The Quill journal by his lecturer, Professor Imo Ben Ubokudom Eshiet.


    In the 2005/2006 as well as the 2006/2007 academic sessions, he was a recipient of the University of Calabar Undergraduate Scholarship as the best student in the Department of English and Literary Studies, University of Calabar. In the 2007/2008 academic session, he was also awarded The Professor Ebele Eko Prize as the best graduating student from the Department of English, University of Calabar. From 2015 to 2018, Jackson was a recipient of the Postgraduate School Scholarship Scheme, University of Ibadan.

    Dalvony Savic is a program developer and leader of the Master of International Business Management at the University of West London. Her great research interests are in global marketing and culture. Her ability to effectively interact with students from a diverse background has yielded excellent results such as being awarded the Claude Littner Business School Lecturer of the year 2021 and best personal tutor/programme leader of the year 2022.

    Dr. G. Cantafio, SFHEA.

    Dr. G. Cantafio has a background in Engineering, Urban Ulanning, and Economics. He holds a PhD in Urban Regeneration and Economic Development along with a BSc and MSc in Environmental Engineering. He is a member of the Regional Studies Association (RSA) and worked as a Lecturer and researcher on the impacts and scenarios evaluation of Autonomous and Connected Transport at the University of Greenwich.

    Dr. M. Palkowski

    Dr Michael Palkowski is a researcher and lecturer at the University of East London, where he teaches within the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism. He received his PhD in tourism from Edinburgh Napier University under the supervision of Professor Paul Lynch and Dr Elaine Thomson in October 2020. His main research interests include sustainable development, critical hospitality studies and experimental qualitative research.

    Dr. D. Vinnakota

    An experienced Dental Surgeon with extensive knowledge in Public Health, Dr. D. Vinnakota is a researcher in the field of Public Health with contemporary research knowledge and team collaborations, been a reviewer for various well-known journals such as Frontiers, PLOS ONE, BMC Public Health, Hindawi, and others.


    Currently, she is working as a Personal Academic Tutor at the University of Sunderland in London. Dr Vinnakota has an impressive list of publications up to date, one of her research articles (COVID-19 and risk factors of suicidal behavior in UK: A content analysis of online newspaper) received a total of over 2100 downloads and was linked to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) helping to tackle some of the world’s greatest challenges.

    Mr. B. Hyseni

    Mr. B. Hyseni is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager for undergraduate and postgraduate tourism and hospitality, at Sunderland University in London. With a strong focus on teaching quality and interest in supporting students to achieve their goals and aspirations, Mr. B. Hyseni is actively involved in many internal and external projects to enhance the student experience and his aims has always been to make learning practical and embed employability further into the curriculum.


    Mr.Hyseni was awarded the Vice-Chancellor Teaching Fellowship in 2019 for his work on the potential of Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality in learning.

    Research interest:
    The research interests include: digital learning technologies enhancing active learning, the impact of tourism on local communities, strategic tourism development models and approaches, the importance of unplanned or informal tourism activities and their influence on tourism planning, particularly in Eastern and Central Europe.

    Dr. M. Balel. FHEA.

    Dr Mostain joined the school of busness and creative industry in 2022 as a lecturer in logistcis and supply chain. He is currently coordinating two modules (logistcis manageement and supply chain management) in the MBA program, and one module (operations in business) in the undergraduate program. Prior to joining at UWS he also acted as Cohort leader for undergraduate program in another HE institution.


    Mostain holds a Ph.D. in logistics and supply chain management from the university of Middlesex, UK. He studied green supply chain management in the UK pharma sector. His research, consulting and teaching interests spans across the logistics, operations and supply chain management related areas. He has teaching and supervision experience across Masters, Undergraduate, vocational and professional level courses. He has also delivered Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship Courses in the UK. He also holds an MBA from the UK and completed his engineering degree from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has presented various research papers at International Conferences including Production and Operation Management Society (POMS), European Operation Management Association (EurOMA) and British Academy of Management (BAM).

    Dr. A. S. Adeshipo FHEA.

    Dr Adeshipo is a lecturer in Business Management at York St John University, London Campus. A seasoned educator with previous experience as an associate lecturer at the University of the West of Scotland. Teaching a diverse field of business management modules namely leadership, leading change, change management, strategic management, integrated business function, emerging leadership development, managing organisational health and the essence of healthcare management.


    Furthermore, Dr Adeshipo possess core expertise, knowledge and experience within the computing field with core emphasis in advanced/cyber security and digital forensics. With regards to sector experience other than Academia, Dr Adeshipo possess expertise, knowledge of the Care sector, experience in the Oil and Gas sector.

    Adebowale received his doctorate degree in Ethical leadership from the University of the West of Scotland. He also possesses a master’s in business administration (MBA), M.Sc. in Advanced security and digital forensics and a B.Sc. (Hons) in computer science. His research interest spans diverse academic fields with core emphasis on leadership, leadership development, strategic management & planning, change management, innovation, cyber security, penetration testing and digital forensics. Adeshipo is a member of the British Association of Management (BAM), published and presented at several conferences. Adebowale is currently the Module Director for the Essence of healthcare management, deputy module director in Global business strategy (GBS) and Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity (EDI) lead.

    Assistant Prof. Lyna Keraghel

    Lyna is an assistant professor of English at Setif 2 university -Algeria, teaching Linguistics and language didactics subjects. She holds an MA in linguistics from Yarmouk University -Jordan and PhD in TEFL (Candidate) from Batna 2 University - Algeria.


    She is an active member of PRFU research project related to Business English at Setif 2 university. She is also a CELTA certified English teacher whose main research interest is the field of ELT.
